Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of intracker
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the intracker website, web application, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Intracker Inc. ("intracker", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The Service
intracker enables users to monitor publicly available activity on LinkedIn profiles they choose to track — such as job or company changes, "open to work" status, posts, comments, and reactions — and to receive notifications about that activity. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- Email/password accounts require email verification before access is granted.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- The Service is offered on free and paid subscription plans. Plan features, credit allowances, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.
- We may change our fees; changes apply to the next billing period after we provide notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection and privacy laws;
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, discriminate against, or harm any individual;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- Use automated means to abuse, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the information provided by the Service complies with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platform.
6. Third-Party Platforms & No Affiliation
intracker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any other third-party platform. "LinkedIn" and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Service surfaces information from third-party platforms and depends on their availability; we do not control and are not responsible for those platforms, and their terms and policies govern your own use of them. Your use of any third-party integration (such as connecting an external account) is subject to that third party's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you provide), is owned by intracker and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a separate Data Processing Agreement may apply on request.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it provides will be accurate, complete, or timely.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, intracker and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold intracker harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
